By accessing or using SeekHelpers.com, our mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SeekHelpers Limited.

2. Definitions

  • "SeekHelpers" refers to SeekHelpers Limited, its subsidiaries, and affiliates.
  • "User" refers to anyone who accesses or uses the Platform, including Employers, Candidates, and Agencies.
  • "Employer" refers to a User who posts job advertisements or promotes job-related activities on the Platform.
  • "Candidate" refers to a User seeking employment opportunities on the Platform
  • "Agency" refers to a User who posts job advertisements or resumes on behalf of an accredited employment agency on the Platform.
  • "Platform" refers to all SeekHelpers websites and mobile applications, including but not limited to SeekHelpers.com, the SeekHelpers iOS App, and the SeekHelpers Android App.
  • "Registered User" refers to any User who has created an account on the Platform.
  • "Content" refers to any information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, or other materials posted, generated, provided, or otherwise made available through the Platform.

3. Use of the Platform

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
  • Account Registration: To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify SeekHelpers immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
  • Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Platform by any other User. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to, harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Platform.

4. Content

  • User Content: You are solely responsible for the Content that you post, upload, or otherwise make available on the Platform. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant SeekHelpers a license to use your Content as set forth in these Terms.
  • SeekHelpers Content: The Platform may contain Content owned or licensed by SeekHelpers ("SeekHelpers Content"). SeekHelpers Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any SeekHelpers Content without the express written consent of SeekHelpers.
  • Content Moderation: SeekHelpers has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and remove Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. SeekHelpers is not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such Content.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SeekHelpers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Links to third-party websites or resources do not imply any endorsement by SeekHelpers of such websites or resources.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. SEEKHELPERS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SEEKHELPERS MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SEEKHELPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER
USERS OR THIRD PARTIES; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SeekHelpers and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity

11. Termination

SeekHelpers may terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform.
